Apple just released the Leopard 10.5.2 update.

After installing the 10.5.2 update you might be presented with the
Sync Conflict Resolver asking you to resolve conflicts between iCal
and BusySync. If this happens, you should select iCal to Resolve All
conflicts. Hopefully that will resolve it.
