Zend Framework Project

I have a need for a ZF programmer maybe as soon as Monday (1/30/12).

Requirements are:
Zend Framework
MySQL
Cassandra, MongoDB or some other NoSQL DB
SQLite
HTML 5 / CSS 3
Mobile Development experience
SVN
LAMP stack
API integration (Facebook, Google+, Twitter, Contactology, Survey
Monkey etc)
JQuery
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.


The project requirement are fairly simple, the deadline is some what
short. The idea is to take an existing Drupal site and rewrite it so
that it's Desktop/Mobile friendly, fix the issues they have and add
some new functionality. This is phase 1 of a much larger project. For
the right candidate this could become a full time position.

Budget is limited. I can offer the right person $4-5000 for 4-6 weeks
of their time.

We are based in Hardwick, Vermont and are looking preferably for local
people, people in New England and the NYC area.
