Hi All

 

As you are all aware the karting community of Australia will be descending on Darwin in June & July of this year, for the NT State Titles & the National Champs.

 

Hedland Kart Club will be hosting their “Dash for Cash” on July 14. We have chosen this date to coincide with these events as we believe with a high number of traffic passing through Hedland towards Darwin, the opportunity to compete, may be too good to refuse.

Last year saw competitors race in:

125 Lights

125 Heavy

Restricted Combined

100 Heavy

Junior National

Pro Cadets

We will offer the same classes this year & others (ie: Twin) should numbers be reached.

 

We are still working on finer details of the event & will email info as soon as it comes to hand. We welcome your interest & any questions you may have.

QANTAS, Virgin Blue & Skywest all fly into Hedland

Hedland has a number of accommodation choices, plus we have space for camping at the track.

 

To help you get to Darwin & also compete at Hedland Kart Club’s Dash for Cash, Australian Race Care & Mirrabooka Transport would like to offer the following:

Transport of your kart, two tool boxes (to be the same sizes as two milk crates) one empty fuel container no larger than 20 litres, 1 standard kart trolley, 1 small fold up table, one standard 3 x 3 pop up and 1 tyre bag.

 

Make own arrangements to get kart & gear to Perth.

 

Depart Perth 18^th June (ready to load 930am)

Arrive Darwin: 26^th June

Race Darwin

Depart Darwin: 9^th July

Arrive Hedland: 11^th July

Race 14^th

Depart Hedland:

Arrive Perth: 18^th July

Return $450

Min number is 12 Karts, credit card details must be given before booking your spot.
If min number is not achieved by the 1st June trip will be cancelled and monies refunded. We already have two karts booked

You will need to arrange transport from Perth to your home.
