"Permission Denial" when bump broadcasting intent PASSIVE_LOCATION_UPDATE

Bump connects successfully, and then usually after one bump the app stops responding to further bumps. I see this in logcat:

W/BroadcastQueue(531): Permission Denial: broadcasting Intent { act=com.bump.core.util.LocationDetector.PASSIVE_LOCATION_UPDATE flg=0x10 (has extras) } from is.ses.apps.islendingaapp (pid=-1, uid=10106) is not exported from uid 10072 due to receiver com.bumptech.bumpga/com.bump.core.service.PassiveLocationReceiver
