Range Day and general organizational items

Hey all -

 

It appears that the Range Day scheduled for next Saturday 9/7 is getting a pretty lukewarm response.  Please send me an email if you will definitely be coming.  If it's only going to be a couple people, we'll cancel.

 

The field dressing day seems to have a lot more interest.  We can try to plan that instead and I think more people will make time.  If someone else wants to step up and put that together, my plate is pretty full right now.

 

Also, I think a Facebook group would be a much easier way to handle all this stuff than the Google listserv thing. I can put that together in two minutes, but you have to invite people into the group and I'm Facebook friends with zero people on this mailing list currently.  If someone wants to send a friend request to Paul Boyer (or search for email let...@gmail.com) on Facebook, we can set that up.  That way we can discuss potential activies and set up events in a little more coherent format and without loading up people's inboxes.

 

Let's get that stuff set up and then talk about future happy hours and other events.

I hear what Zoltan is saying, but I think Facebook would be a bit more coherent as Paul says.  I vote for Facebook.
