New throttle limits

Hi,

We have changed our throttle limits. The new limits can be seen here:

http://build.kiva.org/docs/data/rate

We have also added an HTTP response header to let you know how many requests you have left before you hit the throttle.

If you can see your app listed under the My Apps tab on build.kiva.org, then it is registered.

Hi Le/Gurav,

I discovered a bug from our last release that was preventing some users from verifying their email address. The problem has been resolved now.

To avoid the rate limits you should include ?app_id=your.app.id with all your requests. Note that OAuth requests do this automatically, as the request has to contain your app ID.
