iKiva final beta

Here's a quick status update on the iKiva app (http://vijaykiran.com/projects/ikiva) I'm working on.

Almost all the features that I wanted to build are in the app now, and it seems to be in a good shape for the 1.0 release.

I just published final beta 0.9 version for testing. If there are no major show stopper bugs found by Sunday, I'll submit it to the AppStore. If any of you are still interested in giving it a go before it hits AppStore, please register here: http://vk.cx/testflight

The app has turned out really nice. I looked at the screen shots on your site and was surprised to see the map. I hadn't clicked the flag image that opens it, it's very cool... I thought I'd seen everything your app could do. You may want to consider making that a button or something else to indicate that it's clickable.

I want to leave some surprises in my software.

There was another reason to make the flag not clickable, google geocode url seems to fail if you click on too many flags too frequently. So I tried hiding it. 

Anyway, I'm preparing the app for App Store submission. I'll let you guys know if/when it is approved.
