API fixes, a new method, & come hang out with us

Per your requests, the following fixes having been made to the Kiva API:

- Searching loans by the "Personal Use" sector
* http://api.kivaws.org/v1/loans/search?sector=personal+use

- Lending actions no longer fails with HTTP 500's
* http://api.kivaws.org/v1/lending_actions/recent

- Loans newest returning random pages
* http://api.kivaws.org/v1/loans/newest?page=3

Also, we have launched a new API method:

- Journal entries search
* http://developers.wiki.kiva.org/KivaAPI#journalentries/search
