I don't think it's fair to say that tech X is anti-union. I don't think the carpenters, ironworkers, plumbers, or seamstress union will be negatively impacted. Not to mention unions where the smartphone exorbitantly helps. Whether or not the smart phone encourages infringement upon the 40 hour work week is another matter.

On that other matter, maybe. Maybe not. You can always turn it off.
