Mimvi and Entrepreneur Incabator

Hey all, I've been approached by this company called TrepLabs/Mimvi. They run an incabator and have selected Photowhim to participate. They offer great things but I cant seem to find the catch. Any of you guys heard of them?

I have not. They appear to be a new incubator though.
