Interfacing Your App to Hardware

 

It is easier than ever to link your phone or tablet apps to hardware of your own design.  In this talk, I describe some of the tools that are available for hardware design, fabrication and software interfacing.  We'll also discuss a few of my recent projects in this area, including a tablet-based CNC controller and an FPGA system emulator.
