Hello,

We are using version 1.4 on a dataset of 3 genes for 368 taxa (full
sampling). Everything seems to be running fine until it starts writing
the concordance file, when it fails with the error 'Segmenting Error'.
I've tried using the '--opt-space' command in hopes it was a large
dataset issue that would be easily fixed, but that did not work. I've
successfully run the program on another dataset of 17 genes for 64
taxa. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Ben

This error might come from a memory issue when calculating the
population tree from the quartet concordance factors (there are many
quartets with 368 taxa). Subsampling might fix the issue in your case...
