That is what I was thinking. . . .   I haven't seen that sort of behavior since Windows 98 though.  Will IE 7 run on Win98?

Really? I still see it in Windows XP and Vista today. SQL Server
Management Studio does that to me every time I try to close it. A few
other programs do it to me as well.

I see it on Vista but I have never seen it on Red Hat or Fedora systems I work with. ;)
