I'll echo Andrew's comments about StartupWeekend being great. We had
a wide range of projects to choose from. Ours (
morgansjourney.org)
was a "fast as you can" website using WordPress MU/BuddyPress. I feel
dirty from all the PHP hacks. Wish I could repeat the weekend and
been on Andrew's team doing ground-up
ASP.NET MVC. Given that Andrew
was working on his site for 50 of the 54 hours, he may not have the
same thoughts about repeating the weekend though.
