follow the instructions below and ull be fine (the color of the column im refering to is in brackets) :

1. [BLUE] Put in the item in col 1

2. [BLUE] From the drop down select your name

3. [BLUE] Put in the total amount you spent

4. [GREEN] From columns E through P ( for the row you are editting ) mark a small "x" against the person who will be sharing the bill (itemized amount)

5. DONT Touch anything else ... it will auto-populate :) :) :)
