To match company's style guidelines, I need a fancy footer :)  Roughly
it should look something like

  | <Classification>      ....      [company] |
  | Slide ## of ##      ...          [   logo    ] |

The main challenge is that 'company logo' is having no canvas around,
so if I use something like 'halign:right;valign:bottom' it would be in
the left bottom corner.  So far I see only one way: take that logo and
edit it so it would have the right canvas.  But before doing that I'd
like to confirm that there's no other way :)

The other challenge is the current slide number.  Is there a way?
