I've released a "preview" version of Brownie 2.1 (see
http://www.brianomeara.info/brownie). It has some features for
discrete and continuous characters, species delimitation, and other
options. This is in advance of a publication using the new Ornstein-
Uhlenbeck models and other publications in the works. You should only
use a method for a publication once the relevant manuscript is in
press (so that we know no changes will be made to the code, and it's
easier to cite the relevant publication) -- email me
(bcome
...@nescent.org) if you have any questions. My dissertation (see
<
http://dx.doi.org/10.1038/npre.2008.2261.1> has more info on the
sort of analyses that will soon be possible). Suggestions welcome.
Best,
Brian
