I hope everyone had an awesome weekend! How fun is the park now that our kiddos can actually run around and play?! Everett has been getting down and DIRTY lately!

As you know we are moving soon so we need to find someone to take over the remainder of our lease. If you know of anyone who might be interested, please forward them the info below.

2 bedroom apartment in The Addison, a luxury apartment complex.

 

Rent: $3450- NO BROKERS FEE (approved by Addison management for the reassignment of our lease)

 

Location: Boerum Hill - right next to the Hoyt-Schermerhorn A/C/G subway station, and close to B/Q/F, 2/3, 4/5 and LIRR. Walking distance to Smith and Court St, which are full of bars and restaurants, a Trader Joe's, and the neighborhoods of Brooklyn Heights, Carroll Gardens, Cobble Hill and Ft. Greene. Directly across the street is an amazing grocery store called Brooklyn Fare, and Brooklyn's only 3 Michelin-starred restaurant Chef's Table.

 

-2BR (technically considered a one bedroom + study). We were the very first tenants (who have only lived here 1.5 years) so the place still looks BRAND new. The apartment features a dishwasher, washer/dryer in the unit, stainless steel microwave &refrigerator, central ac/heat, new cabinets, fixtures, etc.

 

-Building - The building is brand new and has all the amenities of a luxury building - pet friendly, gym, shared outdoor space, laundry room with washers/dryers (in addition to unit in apartment), doormen to accept your packages, in-building super and repairmen, dry cleaning service across the street that delivers and picks up from the building, lounge with tv's, a library and free coffee.

 

The arrangement would be a lease reassignment - we are moving out of state and you would be reassigned our lease from July 1^st- Nov 30^th for $3450. You can renew the lease with the building directly when the lease expires on Nov 30th if you would like to stay. Please contact us directly as this is a lease reassignment. There are currently no 2 bedroom apartments available at this price in this building except for ours :)
