I've got the right servo in channel 1, the left servo in channel 2... but the elvons don't seem to moving correctly. This is what I've got -

The other option is to get an on board vtail/elevon mixer. I have those too.

Looking from the rear of the airplane you want both surfaces to go up
with up elevator command (pulling the stick
towards the bottom of the transmitter), left stick is left surface up,
right down, opposite for right and down elevator both
surfaces go down.
