Hi Guys

I know we are only the beginning of the month, we should fix a date now for the next Brug.

What do you think about the 23rd of July?

Does anyone thinking to have talk ready? I might have my new app to present (or at least the current state of it!).

we can use also this Brug to prepare the Rails Rumble for them who think to participate (Exchange ideas and schema?)

Please, try to let know this week if the 23rd is ok, as we can write if on different meetup style site.

Thanks

Nic

It's that time of the month again.

I have added a Uservoice tab to the BRUG website and populated it with all of the suggestions for this month. Please vote for your favourites and add your own suggestions or offers of talks - either for this month or a future meeting.

No action on the uservoice tab, which has four things on it, see below, including a talk on Cucmuber from Steve. Is that still on offer?

And Nicolas (@spyou) just tweeted:

Quick reminder, If you like Ruby xor Rails xor Merb xor Web App xor Beer xor Nice Chaps #brug #9 is this evening @wshed 6Pm

So do we need a projector, in which case we should meet at Jiva, or can we crowd round laptops with beer, in which case we should meet at the Watershed?

As far as I know, Steve is not sure to come tonight, he will try but
not sure. So I don't think there is talk ready.

I'll meet you at wshed Pete, and we'll see how it goes. I leave right now.

Hi Guy's,

Sorry that I can't make it tonight. As I mentioned to Nic I can offer
Beef Towers as a venue for next months BRUG if people would like that.
Will have my Cucumber talk ready for next months.

Cheers
Steve

Might make a nice change, sounds good to me.

For those who don't know Beef are at the Paintworks on the Bath Road,
about a half hour walk or a five minute bike ride from the centre.

FWIW I will be away both Thu 20 & 27 Aug. Is anybody else planning to
be away?

Personally I'll be on holidays in France. I'll be back the 14th.

Then the week after is the RailsRumble week :D

For me sounds nice to do it after the RailsRumble, as we can share our
"experience" of the Rumble (if some are interested) and why not
present our app/code we made in 48 Hours.
