[BNM] Marina ASDA and its Pay & Display scheme [OT]

Does anyone know when ASDA ended its Pay & Display scheme in the Marina? Was
it 2011?

I believe it started in 2006.

I'm sure I still had to pay when going there quite late last year.

Yeah, that's what I remember. Has it offically ended now? Haven't had
to pay since the end of last year.

I didn't have to pay in Dec 2011 but, before that, I was in Spain... maybe
it ended in mid to late 2011.
