Subject: Hi and any leather workers out there?

Hi all,

I'm a bit new in town. I was the guy that was wandering around on thursday
and sitting in the comfy area silently cursing at his lack of sewing
ability to make his TDCS electrodes,

I live pretty close to the space, so if someone needs a hand with
infrastructure projects in the evening (non-tuesdays unfortunately), give
me a shout.

I will become a member, when I get paypal set up. But this weekend I am
London-ing.

Oh and does anyone know how to sew leather. I am thinking about making a
leather modular work vest (so you can attach different tool holders to a
vest (my favourite ideas for one so far is a magnetic screw holder plate, a
and a camera mount so it can see your hands while you build)). I may want
to commission someone (not sure of budget), I want to be able to make my
own pouches/tool holders eventually but having someone make the vest and
show me how to use a sewing machine would get me off to a good start.

  Will

Hi Will,

I think we met thursday before last - I was having not much success
trying to laser cut some mdf. My Mother in Law is down in Brighton on
& off, and she has a sewing machine that'll cope with leather and
she's done some leather wrok - she says she'd be interested in trying
to understand what you want to do & see if she can help....

Would that be of interest?

James
