I have a Mac here that I only use for iOS stuff, so normally it is in standby. Now having 3 cats who like to sleep on anything, they somethimes sleep near the keyboard, and when they stretch out they press some keys and wake up the mac.
How do I set this thing to wake up from a mouse event, not a keyboard event? Is it even possible, I see no real setting anywhere!

Unplug or turn off the keyboard is the best way. There might be a control panel app to do it. Check the app store.

Another reason to dislike macs for me then.
Why such a simple solution is not possible boggles my mind!
I'll just turn the thing off, not like I use it often - thank god! ----- Original Message ----- From: Justin Nel To: brightonhackerspace@googlegroups.com Sent: Sunday, April 15, 2012 11:49 PM Subject: Re: [brighton-hacker-space] Mac users, how to disable wake up from keyboard?
