iTunes Connect Payments

Hi All,

I have had my ipad app DailyDo available for sale on iTunes for a month now (since April 03), and I have made enough sales to exceed the fresh hold of $150 in a given region (USA) - but the Payment and Financial reports still shows no sales AT ALL for April? I don't understand this - could this be a problem I should contact iTunes about?

Hi Paul, No - does the payment run happen same time for everyone and for all Apps? Or is it based on the App's release date. It seems odd that there is no evidence of any sales at all in that Graph. Does the graph show sales only once the fresh hold has been reached!

I had assumed they would, the last emails I got were from the 5th of April, the ones before that 16th March, so they can be a bit hit and miss

I am not sure the $150 things is still valid.  I get payments through for £15 to £25 and thats world wide, not a particular country.

Thanks, so I am still unclear as to why April shows nothing at all. Any idea why this would be. To be clear I can see plenty of sales of my App in [Sales and Trends] for this April - BUT nothing in [Payments and Financial Reports] for April.

March earnings were paid on May 3rd. April will be roughly the same in June.

So it is normal that the graph is empty for April right up until the time that the payment is made. Oh hum

The monthly reports aren't run until the middle of the following month - they drip in over 3-4 days from the various stores. In a week's time you should get some notifications like iTunes Connect Financial Report: MX . Then the amount you are owed will appear in the graph. The monies will be paid in early June.

It isn't obvious they do it this way.

Good - it took a good 2.5 years of reports to see the pattern clearly. They have improved their payment timings as well to around 5 weeks from 6-8 weeks which I suspect is a lot better than many of the clients of people achieve!
