[Canyon] Agenda Change - RE: BCPOA General Meeting, 7pm Tuesday

Hi Neighbors,

We can't ignore the breaking news, so there will be an agenda change for the
BCPOA general meeting tonight. We're adding the Fire Department resignations
and way forward as a new topic. We'll tackle this last, to be sure that we
get through other essentials (elections and the variance appeal in
particular). I understand that Fire Board chair Mike Conn and board member
and interim chief Dennis Guentzel will be attending. If time requires, some
other items will be abbreviated or deferred to the next regular BCPOA board
meeting.

Tomorrow night is the annual BCPOA general meeting.

We start at 7 with refreshments and live music (the Fiddaman brothers on
strings; bring an instrument and play too if you like!), and 7:30 with the
agenda.

There's a lot to talk about:

- BCPOA board elections.
- The variance appeal: what's at stake, and the pros and cons of pursuing it
further. *
- Zoning update status: what the zoning advisory board has accomplished so
far, what remains, and how to make it go faster.
- Cell towers: Yes? How many, where, how big, and what standards? **
- Other topics: LIDAR survey, budworm spraying, natural history, and ...
what interests you? ***
- Introductions for other Canyon groups.
