Peek inside a boiler tank

I have an In-Sink-Erator insta-hot installed at my house. I filter it with a GE system (their high-end home user filter, two elements). I keep it at the highest setting, which occasionally boils here at sea level, but normally it dispenses around 208F. I just got a La Mazorcco single basket and would like to get a 41 mm
tamper. Anyone knows where I can get one, or if somebody has one that

Steam pressure very high

Good morning, happy Halloween! Rambled downstairs this morning, and was preparing to pull a shot. My steam pressure is normally at 1.45 bar. I glanced down as I was about to purge the steam wand, and pressure was at 2 bar or a little above. I purged, and it stayed at 1.7 with the boiler light "on".... more »

I'm in the process of converting my B II vibration pump to a B II
rotary pump. I've got everything in place except for one fitting. I
need an adapter that converts something that looks like a 3/8 to a 1/4
