Announcing the call for entries for the 18th Annual Brainwash Movie Festival, Oakland, California, August 2012.

FULLY JURIED.

• “Early Bird” Entries postmarked by May 15th, 2012
• “On Time” Entries postmarked by June 1st, 2012
• Late Entries postmarked by June 10th, 2012

Note: Shorts are 0-59 min., Features are 60-130 min.

• Entry fees:
  • “Early Bird” Special: Shorts $20, Features $50 by May 15th, 2012 (postmarked)
  • “On Time” Entries: Shorts $25, Features $65 by June 1st, 2012 (postmarked)
  • Late Entries: Shorts $35, Features $90 by JUne 10th, 2012 (postmarked)
• All entries must be transferred to Region 1 or 0 DVD for preview.
• Please include clips, trailers, and/or stills of your movie(s) to be used in promoting the festival online.
• No DVDs will be returned, unless you include $5.95 or whatever it costs to priority mail your stuff back.
• All accepted entries will be notified by mail – please enclose your name and address.
• PLEASE NEVER SEND YOUR PARENTS’ HOME MOVIES!

Free Admission to the Festival Event.

We have a broadcast series in the works and will use your movie, with your permission, if yours is selected.
