Flynn Effect active in top 5% of American middle schoolers?

It's interesting so far. (The SAT and ACT series seem to, if anything,
contradict the thesis of a general IQ rise - everything but math
scores have stagnated or actually fallen. The top 5% of one of the
samples seems to be level in their reading scores, though.)

The SAT and ACT tests probably have more to do with a failing
education system then anything , less intelligent students get most of
there education in school while more intelligent students would take a
more proactive approach and learn on there own time. (my theory
anyways)

Anyhow I'm not surprised , I'm not sure exactly whats causing the
flynn effect but I never believed it took effect only on low hanging
fruits.

Even though the food available is plentiful, I look forward to the
release of something that's comparable to an "updated version" (e.g.
post 2010).
