Release of 0.10.1

Hey mailreaders,

I've uploaded a bugfix release of bpython to the pypi and our website
after the folks at Gentoo pointed out that we were missing our .po
files in the source release.

Also included is a commit by Andreas which fixes bug #197, failing
import completion on non-readable directories.
