Please be aware of the danger while investing crores in this property.

1. This area floods when it rains. You can go and check now, the only road that is leading to this property is flooded due to the closure of the storm water rain is blocked. This will be an ongoing problem as this property is situated near the lake. You will to bear the all the sewage water coming from the near by villages.

2. Bellandur lake is highly polluted. Ask anyone living in the nearby apartment like Euphoria, Suncity etc. The air stinks and water is polluted. Pristine is just 100 meters away from the lake so the problem will be severe.

3. The contamination of borewell water in this region is alarming and the worst in bangalore. There is no solution for this for the next several decades.
