I (actually, my alter ego) was riding my bike on Nelson Rd
yesterday and the gate at the NE corner of Table Mtn, which is usually
locked, happened to be open.  So I figured I'ld see what the Dept. of
Commerce was doing with all that money I've sent them over the years.  In
addition to the county operated gravel pit, there's what appears to be a
shooting range belonging to "BLEA".
        So what's a BLEA, besides something Bill the cat might say ????  
And why can't I make use of it??
