- Next week Tuesday meeting we’ll film us and our projects - bring your things for show and tell, either working or in progress - CU Hackerspace Club - got funding $2000! Meeting Weds at 5, CU campus Discovery Learning Center, everyone welcome. They will be discussing how to spend, it will be paid in July. Museum of Natural History installation in the works. Communikey (David): digital culture + sound + art, late April. Lectures by day, art, music etc by night. David works for ATLAS. SSD & CU Hackerspace club to co-teach a workshop at Communikey, Arduino, music-related - see Todd, Peter, David. - Reminder that putting on workshops is encouraged, we’ve got a great base of potential students - Eric screening Aliens on Friday, will post info to list - Thin Air (Hackerspace 2.0) update: Eric will be walking through the space tomorrow (29th and Valmont, 20k sq ft, cost is pretty good), working on website, wiki, more. Wants to tutor kids math and science with a robot store front. Two key things the new space needs to succeed: getting a suitable place and getting enough commercial companies to commit interest.
