filename change

I know this has already been talked to death probably by the group, but I'm wanting to rewrite the filename so that looks like this:
850 - partner_name+po_num.app
810 - partner_name+invoice_num.app
856 - partner_name+bol_num.app
I've read the wiki (which is very nice by the way) but I'm just not for sure where to find the values I need. Thanks for any help.
