DynamoDB on requests_refactor works

This one took some prodding to figure out, but I got the DynamoDB tests passing on the requests_refactor branch. It ended up being a bug with requests, but I have a pull request pending here: https://github.com/kennethreitz/requests/pull/409

It looks like they're going to have to figure out how to make the fix work for Python 3 and get that in upstream. In the meantime, feel free to use my fork in that pull request if you're wanting to play with DynamoDB+requests.

Also, not DyamoDB, but requests related. I've got something broken that's causing signature generation to fail for S3 requests. If anyone could help me figure out what's wrong with signature generation, we'll be another huge step towards everything working again.
