ElastiCache interface?

Hi,

I noticed there appears to be no interface for interacting with ElastiCache in boto. I know there's the AWS management console which handles most of this, but I feel it could be useful to also include the ability to dynamically find the endpoints, for example, of a cache cluster that was created. Is anyone working on or thinking about working on an ElastiCache interface for boto?

Once the prices falls enough to make it worthwhile, we'd probably have a use for this at DUO. I'd be game to help test and write docs for it if you got it started.
