Skills sought 

Ruby on Rails ninja
Experience interfacing with MySQL database 
Knowledgeable developing MVC architectures 
Experience using GIT HUB, Heroku, or other cloud services to check in code 
Comfort level working in Agile/Lean startups (ie. daily scrums, sprint planning, etc.) 
AJAX is a plus 
Committed to delivering good quality work 
Need to be in Boston area 

Terms 

Part time is ok, expecting solid 15 to 20 hours a week. Must be available to meet in person at least 1x per week.  Equity and/or cash, depending on how much "star" power you have :)
