Fellow wizards of λ,

I'm a developer that's been doing Ruby for about 5 years at OrgSync,
an awesome company that I helped bootstrap out of a house in Austin,
TX while studying CS at UT. We have a really great subscription-based
business model; directly serving over 300 colleges and universities (to
include Stanford as well as USF & SFSU) at a 95+% annual renewal rate.
We have also never taken any VC funding, which I believe is a stance in
vogue right now (I'm only kind-of joking if any githubbers read this).

We have [slowly] grown our development team to 8 incredibly talented
and driven dudes with a diversity of talents ranging from snap-drumming
to symphony viola. We have a good diversity of programming backgrounds,
ranging from Common Lisp & iOS to someone with a commit in mainline
valgrind. But we all love working in Ruby.

But here's the catch: we're in Dallas. Fortunately, Texas has good
looking & generally pleasant people, low cost of living and no state
tax. We also have a Ruby group (dallasrb.org), where we host the
hacknight every 3rd Thursday.

If you're considering a move, please do consider us!

team of developers and designers committed to building a robust,

elegant solutions.

by a MySQL database, but we also incorporate other technologies such as
Node.js, Memcached and Redis. We use GitHub for version control and our
