Husker Happy Hour and Spring Game Watch

Huskers,

 

Spring is finally here, folks, which means warmer temps (kinda?), allergies, March Madness, and the Annual Husker Spring Game!  Thankfully, the Spirit bar has kindly agreed to get the game so that we can get our football fix.  Join us at Spirit on Saturday, April 14^th at 2PM (ET) to check out our faithful team!

We are also hosting another edition of  Husker Happy Houron Thursday, April 12^th from 5:30-7:30.  Stop by after work to catch up with some of your Husker friends over a brew at Stoddards (48 Temple Place) in Downtown Crossing.  We chose this place because of the central location in the city and with trains, but if you have other suggestions you can also let me know.

 

Lastly, we are going to be needing a couple of folks for the Executive Board that is mandatory for our alumni status.  The group just meets for one formal meeting a year and discusses and plans a bunch of fun events (hello, happy hour!) and participates in Big Ten activities.  You don’t need to be a graduate of UNL, or originally from NE, and there is no blood test to prove that you have school spirit but this one is a preferred qualification. Think about it, and if you’d like to get involved just shoot me an email.
