I am just learning EJB. It says EJB has 2 interfaces - home and
component interface - but don't see where this interfaces are
implemented. A book example (EJB in 21 days) shows a code how a client
looks for interface using JNDI - but how this home interface was
instantiented?
Thanks
Zalek

My first inclination was to use "this"
but that obviously failed since MyEntityBean does not implement the MyEntity
interface. Hello
Iam a great Borland' products fan especially Jbuilder. Can somebody tell
me if it is possible to develop, deploy XSP "XML server Page" in
JBuilder and deploy them directly on Cocoon 2, as we can with JSP and
Tomcat or every web application server.
Thanks for any help.

 Hi,
I am trying to build a Web application in JBuilder 8 and run it using Web
run. I am having trouble configuring the JDBC Realm and
JNDI Resource/ResourceParams elements.
The Web app works in Tomcat 4.1.27 as a standalone server when I define
these entries in the <context-name>.xml file in the <tomcat-root>\webapps

Parameter names does not match

We have made an EJB with just ONE method namely CombineStrings.
There are ONLY 3 parameters (all string) in that EJB-method. They are named as Part1, Part2 and Part3. (Please see the EJB files pasted below)\
The problem is as follows:
Now when we build the project it in JBuilder, the parameter names in the stubs and skeleton files CHANGES to arg0, arg1 and arg2 respectively.

Can JBuilder X Enterprise generate APP-INF?

I'm using JBuilder X with WebLogic 8.1 SP 3. How do I specify JB X to
create an APP-INF/lib directory within an EAR file and put a particular JAR
file into it? I need the JAR file in that directory so that my application
can load the JAR'd classes at runtime.
Right now, I have to create the directory manually and put the JAR into it

Making a web module recompiles all the .java files

I have a web module in my project. When I make it (by selecting "make" in
the popup-menu of the project pane) it recompiles all the .java files, even
if they haven't been modified. This is particularly painful as we have a lot
of .java files.
Is there a way to avoid this from happening?

 Hi,
I have JBuilder 4 Professional which I need to use on two PCs - my
office PC and my portable PC. The portable is part of the same network
linked by a wireless connection. We use roaming profiles.
After using JB4 on one PC and then moving to the other the licensing
information has to be re-entered, and vice-versa.
