Problem starting IB on Redhat 7.0

I did the installation on Redhat 7.0 (with patches) and it automatically put
the installation in the /opt/interbase directories by default.

When I log in as root, and go to the '/opt/interbase/bin' directory - I type
'./ibmgr -start'. Goes away for a bit and says it can't start the server
and to check the error log.

The error log is shown below:

Anyone have a clue as to why this is barfing? This is an install of the
6.0.1 binaries downloaded from the Borland website.

Any help would be most appreciated.
