Will the deletion of a licence key from the licence manager reduce my
licence usage count?

I had installed the Interbase server with the unlimited user licence on a
test machine and need to take it back to install it on the proper server.

Regards
Brian

No, but you get five registrations for each license so just install on
the production machine and register again (assuming this license has
never been installed on that machine).

Not exactly so!

That's my problem in fact, because I got only 2 registrations for this
'unlimited user licence' and only 3 for the 10 user licence!
Not having them the same registration count is confusing and causes me
problems.
Last night I re-installed the server but got stuck with the licence key.
Calling support was out of the question because the answering machine told
me that they are open during office hours and therefore had to temporarily
install a 20 user licence pack. Unfortunatly, now I wasted already 1
registration for this 20 user licence pack since this was only temporarily.

Having the option to delete a licence key from a machine and being able to
reuse it would be a good option for me and solve these problems!

Regards
Brian

That does sound like a good idea. You might enter that as a suggestion
in QC.
