I recently installed Delphi 6 Enterprise and attempted to connect to AS/400
DB by dropping tSQLConnection onto my form (which sets
LibraryName=DBEXPDB2.DLL and VendorLib=db2cli.dll). I then discovered that
I had no version of db2cli.dll.

I need to know how to get db2cli.dll, where it should reside, be configured,
etc., and whether or not additional dll's will be needed to allow me to
connect to DB2.

Thanks

db2cli.dll will be the client dll supplied by DB2. Borland only supplies the
dbExpress drivers, the database client drivers are supplied by the DB vendors
themselves.

Can anyone give me more information on what is required on the AS400 DB2 to
allow connection from Delphi?
