JLCVideo, AviCapture, getting video file from a Webcam

There is source for a webcam component at

http://files.codes-sources.com/fichier.aspx?id=17900&f=JLCVideo.pas
I have used it generate jpeg files using a webcam, but I can't work out how
to
generate an .AVI file with it.
Can anyone tell me?
