Does anyone know of this program's origin? Who wrote it for Borland?
I've seen the code on ftp sites. Is it now in the public domain?
Could this code be used to produce , e.g. , a windows version ogram for
sharewareor for sale
What is the Borland word on this.
(Borland: if I need to buy a license to use the code, how do I do this now?)
Many thanks.
