Are you comparing languages or tools. If it's languages then your plan seems
fine, but if it's tools, is performance just a measure of how fast the examples run? It's not a great deal of comfort to have an application that runs 10-15% faster (if it does) if you have to wait an extra month to get it. Not being negative, just a 2CW.
