D2007 DelphiDotNet.Personality is not available

I have big problem to open old projects stored in Delphi 2005. When i
try open this in Delphi 2007 i see message:
"The project can not be loaded because the required personality
DelphiDotNet.Personality is not available."
try open this in Delphi 2007 i see message:

What i should be do in my example?? Who can help?? Any idea???
