Are there Excel_2007.h/cpp, Excel_2007_srvr.h/cpp, files equivalent to
Excel_xp... and Excel_2k... files? I have the support files for XP and
2K (Excel version 9 and 10, respectively), but I don't see the
equivalents for Excel 2003 (version 11) or Excel 2007 (version 12).

I have a user who says my program that uses automation (built using
Excel_XP... files) has different behavior with Excel 2007 vs XP,
specifically a chart creates lines in XP but produces markers in 2007
(making for an ugly plot).
