I am figuring I can't do this with turbo because the rtl is missing.
but before I buy this thing, I want to know what the steps are to
building a monolithic EXE, because I could not figure it out!

  1.. Project | Options | Linker | Use dynamic RTL - uncheck
  2.. Project | Options | Packages | Use runtime packages - uncheck
