Hello everybody,
is it possible to use an application which needs the BDE from cd-rom
without installing the BDE on harddisk, when all BDE files are on the
application-cd ?

The reason you do not want to do that is that you would have to change the
BDE registry entries to point to the CD. Once you do that no other app the
uses the BDE will run unless your CD is in the drive.
