Founded in 1969, the Border Riders Motorcycle Club provides social and educational opportunities for members and other gay men interested in recreational motorcycle touring.

Our diverse membership of almost 60 men hail from Washington, Oregon, and British Columbia. We are an international club composed of riders from seasoned to novice. We come from all walks of life and professions.

Most rides and events are open to all legally licensed and insured motorcyclists who wish to participate. Our Club encompasses all motorcycle makes and styles, and must be capable of freeway speeds. The commonality that binds us is the love of motorcycling and the enjoyment that comes from touring some of the best roads for biking in Canada and the USA—all in a spirit of friendship and safety.

The Border Riders Motorcycle Club does not support nor condone the use of alcohol or other mood-altering drugs or substances while operating, or expecting to operate, a motorcycle at any club-sanctioned or sponsored event by any participant. Participant is defined as either a club member or a guest of the club.
